Shipping

We strive to process and ship your order within 2-3 business days of us receiving your order.

You will be notified if an item is temporarily out of stock and will not be available to ship within 5 business days to fill your order.  Deliveries of in-stock items normally take 5-10 business days within the continental U.S.

International Shipping: Sorry, but at this time the website only accepts orders shipping within the United States.  We do ship to Canada and other countries but your shipping cost may be slightly higher. Please send an e-mail with the items of interest, name, full address, phone number and e-mail address and I will contact you with the postage amount and a total for your order.

Foreign Countries: If you are in search for these products and can not find them elsewhere, please fax us with what you are looking to purchase and maybe we can assist you. 

Return Policy

Returns must be made within 30 days of the shipment date.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase return the merchandise with a copy of the invoice and we will exchange or refund the purchase price, shipping charges are non-refundable. PLEASE INDICATE THE REASON FOR THE RETURN AND IF YOU WANT AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND.  We are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns. 

If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
